I believe in living in harmony with the land and feeding the body with what it truly needs to stay alive, strong, and balanced. My approach to farming is rooted in healing, both for people and the Earth.
Climate Friendly Farming
We grow drought tolerant crops that protect the soil and sustain communities during hard seasons
Focus on organic and regenerative practices that restore rather than deplete
Support local seed saving and natural pest control
Alkaline Vegetables and Fruits
The body heals best when in balance. Alkaline foods support our inner pH and reduce inflammation. We grow and promote:
Leafy greens like kale, amaranth, African nightshade, and prickly lettuce
Pumpkins, watermelons, and other healing fruits
Medicinal herbs like mint, African basil, ginger, and aloe vera
Grains such as millet and sorghum, gentle on the body and rich in nutrients
Herbal Wellness and Beekeeping
Herbal teas and remedies are part of my everyday life and practice. From growing our own herbs to blending immunity boosters, we are reclaiming ancestral knowledge for health and vitality.
Beekeeping is a sacred offering. Our bees pollinate, produce healing honey, and teach us about patience, courage, and harmony.
Water Sustainability
Use of water harvesting systems like dams and pans to store rainwater
Smart irrigation including drip systems for water efficiency
Plans to develop solar powered boreholes and communal water access points
Community education on clean water use and protection of catchment areas
Our goal is to inspire others to grow, heal, and live in truth with the Earth. This is how we create lasting wellness.
